3. Do not throw the dumbbells in the end of the exercise. Always release the dumbbells only when they are already on the floor. It will not only protect the dumbbell, but it will also protect your joints and muscles. If you Bowflex dumbbell is broken or damaged - it is important to contact your seller. If you have decided to return the item - you must contact your seller and authorize the return. Any returns that came unauthorized will be declined.
