Correctly personalized items cannot be returned for a refund. All original paperwork and documents must also be included. Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returned items without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. We do not charge Sales Tax for sales outside the state of New York however, international customers are responsible for any Customs Tax or Duties. Your Customs Agency will contact you regarding any Duties for clearance.
