Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs both ways when returning an item, and for ensuring that the item is shipped with insurance and tracking. Upon request, 4Mdiscount can supply a return label at customer expenses. To continue to assure low prices, returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Items with damaged packaging, missing parts, missing warranty cards or manuals, or missing UPC/Barcodes are not eligible for returns. Items that are refused for reason other than shipping damage are subject to 20% restocking fees, and the customer is responsible for both ways shipping.
