The Real Online Store will accept returns for a period of 14 days on any electronic item which arrives DOA or malfunctioning which will be replaced by an equal replacement. If item is out of stock then we will refund the cost of item excluding any shipping charges. The Real Online Store requires that you the Buyer obtain an Return Authorization prior to returning any item.
As far as any of our other items which are up for sale, these are all closeout items at really great prices and we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all other items.

We will typically ship thru the USPS or UPS. All shipping charges are entirely covered by the buyer. Your item will typical be packaged and shipped within a 3 business day period if not sooner.
