Electron12 offers a 14 day return policy on merchandise based on the following conditions:

You need an RMA # which we will assign to you. You must have this visibly in writing on the outside of the box. email our customer service representatives and they will assist you with your RMA. Merchandise must be returned 100% complete in original packaging and same serial # with UPC #, with all software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable.
Our responsibility to you as a buyer is too ship your item to you as quickly as possible. You will be provided tracking numbers for FedEx and UPS to track the progress of your order. If Priority Mail is used we will provide a Confirmation number.
