Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Returns will be accepted within 14 days of receipt providing merchandise is in the same condition it was in when shipped. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from shipment. However, all items will be insured for face value prior to shipment. In the unlikely event an item is damaged during transit, let us know immediately so we can contact the carrier and arrange for reimbusement. This policy does not cover return shipping of damaged items. Rest assured that every effort will be made to resolve the matter as quickly and painlessly as possible for both parties.

Shipping is free up to $10.00. If the cost to ship the item is more than $10.00, the buyer agrees to pay the difference. All items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. The shipping method used will be based upon the size and weight of the item. We will use the least expensive shipping method unless the buyer requests express or expedited shipping in which case the buyer agrees to pay the difference.
