All our products are carefully checked and found to be in good working order before packed and shipped. In the unlikely event the product is faulty on arrival we are happy to replace it. To receive a replacement you need to contact us in order to get a return ID and return the faulty product along with proof of purchase (copy of payment receipt). The buyer pays for the return postage.
