Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, follow the directions below and we will repair, replace, the product or issue a refund. Unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Opened products are not returnable unless authorized by Specialty Resin. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please include a note with your name, a return address, phone number, what you are sending in and why. If we cannot exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion issue a full refund to your credit card or PayPal account.

Shipping Information:
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day, in most cases we are able to ship same day if the order has been placed before 1 pm providing everything is in-stock. Shipping is available using USPS or UPS.
