My name is James Wagoner,and I am married to my wife Tracy with 4 beautiful kids. 1 boy and 3 girls. Our 3 year old daughter has mental and physical disabilities. She has cerebral palsy and is 100% blind. So unfortunately my wife can not work at this time.
