Because our items are handcrafted and one-of-a-kinds, they are listed and sold on an "as is" basis.

Exchanges for sizing issues will be cheerfully accepted on the following conditions:
1. You notify us within three business days of receipt of the item of your desire to exchange the item.
2. You must pay shipping costs to return the item. I'll pay the shipping back to you on a one-time basis.
3. The returned item must be in original condition. (This includes the hook-n-loop strips. No hair, fuzz, etc...tangled into the strips.)
4. The item must be free of hair and pests (for obvious reasons).

Unless otherwise noted or agreed, items will be shipped, via USPS First Class, within three postal days of receiving payment. Beyond that, though, how long an order will take to make it to your door will depend on how fast Uncle Sam is moving at the time. And, yes, we try to combine shipping of multiple items, where practicable.
