All products purchased from AgileTek Corporation could be returned for refund within seven (7) days of purchased invoice date after, no question asked.

To get a full refund, customers are obligated to contact AgileTek first, and return following related items / documents:
1.Invoice from AgileTek.
product and accessories in the original box.
(All items should be in resellable condition, or a restock fee may be applied)

The refund will be processed through original payment method within three (3) business days after we received the return products.
Please be advised that the shipping cost is not refundable.

We usually ship out every order within 1 business days. We process orders via FedEx or USPS.
Regular(3-7 Business Day) --> FedEx Ground/Home/SmartPost or USPS Parcel Service
*We reserved the right to chose the shipping carrier between FedEx and USPS.

Express (2 Business Day)--> FedEx 2Day

International Shipping:--> USPS Priority International or First Class International.
