Returns or exchanges depend on the item being sold.  Each listing will state what the policy is for that particular item.

We ship USPS exclusively!  Well, unless your item is being shipped directly from one of our suppliers, (and that will be stated in the listing).  When an item is shipped directly from one of our suppliers, we simply pass along what we are being charged.  We do not add handling fees.  We usually ship within 3 business days after receiving payment.  We offer COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS!  If ordering multiple items, always ask before paying!
