Full refund will be issued minus shipping, if Buyer proves item isn't authentic. Letter from authorized Coach store has to be attached and item returned with tags attached and item unused.Since they are authentic, this should not happen. All other items- I want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's a problem, please contact me within 24 hrs of receiving item for instructions. Buyers Remorse is not a reason for returning item. Please make sure of your purchase prior to buying it. Shipping, Paypal and sale fees are non-refundable. Thank you.
