Returns will be accepted within 7 days if the item is not as described. Returns will not be accepted on patterns as they are too easily copied.

Multiple purchases will be combined if purchased at the same time. Any overage on shipping costs will be refunded. I ship patterns in large envelopes. If you want shipping charges reduced, I will tri-fold the pattern and send in a business size envelope. You must notify me if you want the pattern folded. Filet crochet patterns that I have created will be emailed in PDF for you to print.
