Returns  All returns/exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product and requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN). 
RAN can be obtained by contacting Bitz N Pieces Boutique at customerservice@bitznpiecesboutique.com  Please include your phone number with your RAN request. 
Authorized returns must be received within 10 days after the RAN is issued.  
All items MUST be returned in the condition in which it was shipped and received.
The following items are not returnable: Open/used make-up and beauty aids, sale items, under garments, and holiday items. 

Shipping Policy Packages are ship via USPS First Class and Parcel Mail.   Priority Mail when requested at additional cost to customer. 
Packages are shipped Monday - Friday within 48 hours.  No Weekend Shipping. 
All items are ship with delivery confirmation.
