All returns must be completed within 14 days. Returned items must be in perfect condition, or they will be subject to a restocking fee. Stu's Video Games reserves the right to refuse returns due to excess damage.  Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless you we send you the wrong item. When returning an item, please contact us first at stusvideogames@yahoo.com with your name, address, e-mail, item being returned, and why item is being returned.

We ship through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise stated in the description. We will ship within two days, although every effort will be made to ship your item as soon as possible. The cost of shipping is as follows:

United States: $1.25 for the first item, and $.25 for each additional item (all categories)

Canada: $2.25 for the first item, and $.25 for each additional item (all categories)

We make every effort to ensure that your item will be packed in a manner that will ensure it will arrive in the condition described in the item description. However, we are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
