We do not provide cash refunds. We only accept exchanges if there is a manufacturer defect. If an item has been damaged due to shipping, please contact us as we will need to contact the shipper.
If you do need to return an item, please contact us first as you will need an RA number and detailed instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
