If a customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he or she may return an item for an exchange or refund (customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling) within 14 days of original delivery date. Each return is subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from Selco Electronics. This number can be obtained by emailing us. If a customer was eligible for free shipping, the original shipping charge will be deducted from customers refund.

If an item is Dead on Arrival (DOA), please notify Selco Electronics within 72 hours after the item was delivered, so that proper assistance can be rendered.

We normally ship with-in 2 business days of payment being cleared, the exception being for Custom Built Items such as: (Audiophile Speakers and Custom Electronics) Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.

We do most of our shipping through UPS and the United States Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges include the cost of material, labor, shipping, handling, & other associated fees. Shipping is a fixed price and is NON-negotiable.

Tracking information will be sent out to you upon item being shipped. We ship Monday thru Friday. All shipping claims must be settled with UPS and or USPS. Shipping is non-refundable.

We ship within USA. Shipping to AK, HI, and PR are subject to additional shipping fees.
