ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  All plants are healthy and alive when they are shipped and all live bareroot plants are guaranteed to be healthy to the point of delivery or to the point of attempted delivery per the delivery confirmation tracking.  If any plants are damaged during shipment, you must contact me the same day of delivery or attempted delivery, whichever occurs first and include a picture of the plant in your e-mail.  I have to adhere to this policy since we are dealing with a live plant. I ship live plants on Mondays thru Wednesdays via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. I do not ship live plants later in the week as they may not arrive prior to the weekend. If you are in an area that is experiencing NIGHT TIME freezing temperatures, please e-mail me. Your order will be held until temperatures are suitable for your plant(s) survival during transit. It is highly suggested that you place insurance on your order to ensure safe arrival via USPS.
