I strive for accuracy in my listings, both with words and photos. Generally speaking, because of this, no returns are accepted. Since many of my items are heavy, shipping back and forth would be costly. If I have made an error I will certainly accept a return - just contact me and I will address the situation.
Heavy items (dishes, etc.)?? usually ship UPS Insured within 1 or 2 ??business days. Mainland USA only. No PO boxes please.
Lighter items ship by US Mail and will be so indicated in the listings.??Insurance will always be included.
A lot of items have free shipping.
When there are multiples of an item and you choose the quantity you want, there is a flat rate for the first item and then additional items will have the 60% of shipping rate applied automatically. ??
COMBINED SHIPPING:?? After the heaviest item is calculated I offer a 60% reduction on shipping for additional items. (for example: Two items each have $10 shipping so the first item is $10 shipping, second item ships for $4)
