Thisis Avery brand 1200 High Visibility Engineering Grade reflective vinyltape, the same kind you see used on highway signs and constructionvehicles!

The 15" strips will fit conveniently on most bikeframes and can easily be cut into smaller pieces to apply on other areasof your bike, as I have done in one of the pictures where I put smallerstrips on the front of the handlebars. The vinyl strips come on abacking paper and peel off easily for application. Ships flat and ifany wrinkling occurs in shipping, it easily smoothes out duringapplication.
