Description

For sale is a a 1954 MY COUNTRY FRANCE PICTORIAL CALENDAR. It is in mint condition and is unused. It has a cardboard backing which says at the top "Ma Patrie". The days of the year are photographs of scenes of France printed on individual sheets of paper 9.25" x 6.25" in black and white. Some photos are just plain black & white. Some photos are cepia tone, some have a blue tint, or a green tint. I believe these are called duotone prints. The sheets are attached to the cardboard backing. The sheets seem to be padded together at the top and bound together. There is a perforation at the top so they could be easily removed one day at a time revealing the next day. The prints are beautiful. They are taken in a very dated and stylized. This is a beautiful and hard to find item in this condition. It is completely unused and untouched. This item displays great!
