The following item is a fabulous vintage Whieldom Ware platter. The platter is quite large, measuring 14 3/8" by 11 5/8". It's made by F. Winkle & Co., England. The graphic is a gorgeous pheasant and roses with a decorative border surrounding it. It's in quite good condition having typical wear from age and use and a bit of scratching which isn't glaring, but can be seen if you look closely. There are a couple of dark spots (manufacture flaws) on it. There is also one area that is either a ding or manufacture flaw. This is under the glaze so it's hard to be certain. Very pretty piece!!
