Made of 18K gold, solid silver, and Swarovski crystal, and complete with a sterling silver chain and presentation box, they take up to ten days in our production facilities. The guaranteed shipping time is 14 days after ordering. Warranty and return grace period only starts upon delivery of the jewelry to our customers.
