Products may be returned unopened or unused for a refund within 7 days of it's receipt date and may be charged up to a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Well if the product was blatantly used and abused, missing parts, and not in original box we will charge 20% of the retail selling price. That is at the high end. Returned in original carton in which we can sell for used condition all parts in tact and clean 0% restocking. Please note that it may also fall in between those margins depending on condition of return. Items that are in used condition, are no longer wanted.
