I have never liked to read all the "small print" on listings but due to all of Atomic Mall's regulations I feel that I must try to explain some of the have tos!
Atomic Mall requires me to state a number for days of handling. I ship as soon as possible. I try to ship next day but appointments, grandkids, my other life sometimes make that an impossibility. You have my assurance that I will ship as soon as possible. Remember parcel post takes at least 7-10 days. Delivery confirmation is just that. It does not usually update until item is delivered. It is not a tracking feature. Remember, I have no control over the postoffice (wish I did - I would lower shipping fees) ! Due to Atomic Mall's new Star rating system and it's lack of explanation and clarity for buyers I would like to try to give you an insight as to how it affects our business. You would think that a 4 star rating would be great. Not So. Anything less than a 5 star rating on all categories might as well be a Negative feedback score. Atomic Mall offers a discount on listing fees (which have gotten very expensive) for 100% star rating. If you are not completely satisfied with any transaction and believe it to be my fault, contact me and I will try to take care of the problem, please let me know why you feel this transaction is less than a 5 star rating before you click those buttons!! The discount helps me to keep my prices lower. I do pass the discount on to my buyers. I hope this helps to clarify "some questions" If not, email me....
