You are bidding on unframed Star Trek Voyager - Cast Sketch -18 by 24 Lithograph - Signed by all the cast members limited #734 of #1200 total: Third Season Cast that comes with COD - Certificate of Authenticity from Light speed Art which creates and sell these art pieces.

I got this sometime ago but never had it framed and it has been sitting in the shipping container so it is in like new condition. I noted the existing matting or card board that is not attached to the picture does have some scratch marks from being moved and stains on the outer edge but it does touch or affect the picture and would be replaced or covered when you have it framed properly by new matting which is why I marked like new.
