We offer 1 year warranty for all of the product in our site, If there is any problem with the product within one year from your payment, you can send it back to us for a free repair. The transport costs for returning the product will be paid by you instead of us. After confirming the problem is not caused by misuse, we will transport the repaired product to you at our cost. If the problem is caused by misuse indeed, you may have to pay the transportation costs to get the product back.

If you experience a technical problem with an item within 30 days of its arrival, please inform our customer service of detailed defects via email. Please notice that, you need to provide proofs of the defect in your email, such as videos or photos. After the defect is recognized, you need to return the package to us within 30 workdays at your cost. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we must confirm the defect before proceeding to a refund or a replacement. We are unable to issue refunds for products beyond the 30 day time frame.
You may return an item for non-technical issues within 7 days of its arrival at your cost. A 20% restocking fee (of the total amount paid for the purchase) will apply whether you want a refund or an exchange for a different item.
Technical problems refers to physical defects of components, such as motherboard damage, scratched screen and malfunctioning buttons.
Firmware/software does not fall under that category;
Physical damage or modifications done to an item by misuses will void the warranty;
Any product returned with any type of physical damage will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the full amount.
DOA (Dead on Arrival):
We do perform QC (quality control) on all devices and test them thoroughly before they ship. While DOA devices are rare, they can still occur. If you received a DOA product, please inform us within 48 hours of its arrival via email with attached photos or video. After confirming the DOA issue, you can send it back for a replacement at your cost, and we will pay a $15 credit to compensate the return shipping fees. Or we'll proceed a full refund on the DOA products after you send it back to us. Please notice that the $15 credit does not apply to items being shipped back for a refund. Upon arrival of your product at our facility, we will confirm the DOA and then process refund if applicable.
A DOA is a product that does not power on, hence the term Dead on Arrival. We must be notified within 48 hours about a DOA product in order to apply the 15$ credit policy.
Processing time is usually 1-3 working days.
