I will choose the method used to ship.....one may simply be better at time of weighing for a variety of reasons. I will pack well and if you need insurance, you must ask for it and then it will be an additional $2.00 UNLESS I indicate I pay the insurance on any item. If you do not ask or pay for insurance, and it gets lost or damaged or act of God, I am not responsible. Once I enter it into the system of mail (which one I choose) I loose control of it. Most of my items will go USPS and provide a tracking number FREE!
