Most items local or international are shipped within 24 hour after payment has been cleared (Mon-Friday).
Items paid on Friday or on week-end will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday (except holidays).
Delivery is estimated to be in the US continental between 2 to 9 business days for standard shipping.

FedEx/UPS ground or priority packages vary by location from 1 to 5 days; however, this is not a guaranty.

We cannot ship FedEx or UPS shipment to PO BOX, a physical address is required and that may delay the shipping of your order if not provided in a timely fashion.
Tracking info will be provided once the item is shipped.
We will ship to your PayPal address. In the event an item must be shipped to a different address, please change the ship to address during check out, if you fail to do so, we will not be responsible for shipping your order to the PayPal address that is set on your account.

PICK UP : Buyers can pick up their items in Greenbelt or Bowie, MD

International shipping may be available (different shipping rate will apply).
We ship priority mail international only, a tracking info will be provided but it may not get updated until the item is delivered. If you want to keep good track of your item, it must be shipped express mail (different rate, email us first.)
We will ship only to countries where isurance is available.
NOTE: Inventory on brand new sealed store items depend on availability at the time the order is placed. Some items may become unavailable after order is placed

Returns within 14 days are accepted for non-AS IS/no RETURN items. Buyer will pay to return defective items or items that were purchased in error or items that was intentionally purchased to return for whatever purpose. After inspection, we will issue a full refund to your PayPal account, but everything must be included just like it was shipped to you.

Restocking Fee

Items that are claimed to be not as described will be re-tested when received. If there is something wrong with it indeed there will be no restocking fee. Otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee .

Manufacturer's warranty applies to all brand new store items that are covered by manufacturer s warranty. If your item is found to be defective and is being returned to the manufacturer or a designated place of service, the buyer will pay to ship the product for repair or replacement unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.

Most brand new store items have a minimum of 15 to 30 days warranty from the time it is delivered. Please include everything that came in the package such as manuals, adapters and other accessories etc...

Feedback: After receiving your item, please do a complete test to make sure everything is working right, then post positive feedback with 5 star(* * * * *) ratings where applicable. You will receive your feedback automatically once the feedback is posted. However, if there is any issue, please let us know right away via Atomic Mall messaging so we can address and resolve the issue together.

We do not ship known defective item without clearly stating that in the listing .

In the unfortunate event that an item is delivered defective or DOA(dead on arrival), please let us know right away, we will provide instructions and options as to what to do.
