Ownership of the COA is ownership of the license for the software regardless of origin. Items listed as "Refurbished" are items that we have sent to the factory for replacement by one of our OEM Partners.

Items sold as "used" or "return" may have cosmetic, manufacturer, or other defects but still be fully functional.
