Description

Beautiful and Very old (20s?) linen table runner or dresser scarf with hand embroidered Sunflowers and Daisies. Also hand crocheted trim and tassels.

At each end of the runner there are 3 tatted or crocheted triangles that the tassels are attached to. I hope that you can see this in the photo. All of the tassels are in place, except for one.

There are a couple of very small spots on it (I tried to show these in one photo) and some embroidery thread missing along the black border.

It has been starched (including tassels). A really lovely, old piece.

Measures 16 in wide including trim by 55 in length including trim and tassels. Actual cloth is 15 x 49.
