Software listed as "Used" is usually of unknown background unless listed as "Sealed" Microsoft software will be sold with the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) unless otherwise stated. Ownership of the COA is ownership of the license for the software regardless of origin. Items listed as "Refurbished" are items that we have sent to the factory for replacement by one of our OEM Partners.

Items sold as "used" or "return" may have cosmetic, manufacturer, or other defects but still be fully functional. Though we will strive to list any known defects to the product in the listing, we are only responsible for the working condition of the item.
