• Shipping charges remain the same for one additional item. i.e the charge for each pair of khanjar's remains the same.

• Items are packed very carefully. Type of packing varies with the nature of each item, with fragile items being wrapped with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery of your item. Shipping fees cover packing materials & delivery to post office.

• Delays might occur due to destination country's Customs processing time, severe weather conditions or public holidays in destination country & which, in case they occur, are normal uncontrollable delays which we are not responsible for, so we kindly request from you to be patient with us. 

• Any customs & duties that might be incurred on bought items are solely the buyer's responsibility.

• Payment required within 3 days of auction/listing closing.

• After receiving cleared payment, item will be shipped after three handling days (excluding Friday & Saturday).

• I will make every attempt possible to resolve any issue. Please do not assume a mistake is intentional. Let us know if my service could be better!

• I do offer returns for an item only if it's grossly misrepresented OR arrives at a different state other than stated in the auction / portrayed in the images. If, for whatever reason, a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Item has to be shipped back to us at the buyer's own expense.
