LARVIKITE DROP EARRINGS These are much prettier in person than in the photos. These drop earrings are made from larvikite, an igneous rock that has crystals of feldspar in them.
Larvikite is also commonly called by other names (although not necessarily correctly) such as Pearlspar, Blue Pearl, Black Moonstone and Black Labradorite (to name a few). Larvikite is even used in construction to create building fronts.
Larvikite is also considered to have various healing properties (not proven), and has been used to treat disorders of the skin, harmonize metabolism and support weigh loss programs. Larvikite can also possibly help muscular detoxification.
These have been wrapped in silver-toned wire (exact silver content not known), and are on hypoallergenic sterling-silver-plated earring wires.

We are a totallysmoke-free home, but we do have two cats. While they don't test the items for us, I do mention them as a courtesy to anyone who might have severe feline allergies. They are allowed in the room where we keep our shipping supplies.
