SALE! Now below cost! I gotta move some things!
First the color is a deep spicy color--nothing glaring--and is cool water wash rayon but this time satin. There is a 1" elastic waist with added satin ties to further adjust the fit. This has 4 long tiers and each one has swoopy sort of soutache trim. On the front, placed in every other circle of the trim is a little jingle bell. Sprinkled above and below the trim are sequins. Gorgeous! As it gets to the bottom the tier is gathered and full. You can't creep up on 'em in this one, but if you want to make a statement, this is it!
