You have your choice of color here: either purple or red (and these have stone washing but then a quick black over wash! Neato details! The skirt starts with an elastic waist and added tie to further adjust the fit. The skirt has 8 vertical panels absolutely great diagonal piecing including the velvet. Lots of fabric here!! These are one size fit most and really will! The waist unstretched measures 14" and stretches to 21" comfortably. The hips (measured 10" down from the waistband) measure 29". The length is 35" on the short and 39" to the longest pointy pieces. I did something different here with this order to try to save on shipping... I got these pieces direct, but as a result, they don't make the first stop to have the paper hang tags attached. If this is a big deal to you, please don't purchase. This is the same quality (stevi* nicks style stuff) company I've been buying from for 10 years. You'll be able to tell the quality immediately--seams double sewn, nicer finishing etc. These pieces always ROCK! >
