We also strongly suggest that you contact your customs department to see if our items can be imported into your country before you place an order with us. We cannot be held responsible for items we ship to you that are being held at your customs facility due to the inability for them to enter your country, so do please do your homework! Any customs fees, taxes or fees to send items back to our country is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We do not provide cash refunds. We only accept exchanges if there is a manufacturer defect. If an item has been damaged due to shipping, please contact us as we will need to contact the shipper. If you do need to return an item, please contact us first as you will need an RA number and detailed instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
