Where do you ship from?

I ship from the Province of Quebec in Canada using Canada Post. Shipping prices are based on Weight, Size and Destination.

When do you ship items out?

I ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. Keep in mind in Quebec the post office closes at 5PM EST from Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Holidays the post office is closed. I DO NOT leave items inside the postal boxes outside. You never know when vandalism can occur and items can get stolen. I always bring my items to the postal counter and hand them to the clerk.

How long do I have to contact you for a return?You have 14 days to contact me. Somewhere in those 14 days you will have time to know if there is a problem with your order. Buyer pays return shipping with a tracking number. I am always open to communication. It is #1. Contact me BEFORE, so that I know what item has a problem and that we can work together to find a good solution. In the event of a physical return, I need to receive the item before I can send you the refund. Refunds are made through Paypal only.
