DESCRIPTION: Vintage 8" "Basics" Blonde Ginny-Look-Alike Doll, hard body, arms & legs, arms and legs are able to pose, soft head with rooted blonde hair, blue sleepy eyes with molded upper lashes, painted eyebrows, no lower lashes, red lips, separated posed fingers, molded shoes on feet (not removable). MAKER: No markings, in 1955-1957 many unmarked dolls were with limited information about them. These dolls were sold primarily as a "Basics" doll with clothing packs separately. AGE: Doll made from 1953-1957, approx. 55 years old. CLOTHES: Dress tagged: Vogue Dolls Inc., cotton panties decorated with Asian rickshaws (no tag), all clothing removable, molded shoes on feet, not removable. CONDITION: Used, Very good. BOX: No original box, no wrist tag, no COA. STAND: No stand, stands and sits alone. DAMAGE/ODOR: None. OWNER: Original owner. HISTORY: Holiday/Birthday gift from relatives between 1954-1958.
