We absolutely guarantee any product that we sell in our store. If for any reason, when you receive our product, you are not satisfied in every way, or it received shipping damage you may contact us at email@example.com with an email explaining the problem. In the case where you are not satisfied with the item(s) or there was shipping damage and you decide that you do not want a replacement we will then reimburse you in amount that includes the cost of the item, the shipping cost plus the addition shipping cost of returning the item. In the event of shipping damage and you would like a replacement we will reimburse you for the shipping cost of shipping the damaged item back to us and then ship you a replacement.
You do need to contact us withing 14 days of receiving the item(s)
I do not think that we can stand taller in our confidence of our products then to make this guarantee.
