GoodStuff ships once a week on Saturday. Orders placed by 12 noon EST on Wednesday will ship on Saturday. Orders placed after 12 noon Wednesday will go out the following Saturday. Vintage70's/80's era navy blue dress with a wrap style bodice accented with pretty ruffles all the way around the collar and on the cuffs. The waist is elasticized creating nice plating all around the knee length skirt. Made in the USA by Lady Carol of New York, this dress is a great piece to add to your vintage clothing collection. The dress has a navy blue satin ribbon belt and is in excellent vintage condition with no stains or holes.
