Vintage 70's Navy Blue Floral Skirt and Shirt set made by Miriam Susskin for Mel Naftal. Set is in excellent vintage condition no holes, stains or fading. The shirt is long sleeve and zips up the back. Skirt is long and full at the bottom With an elastic waist band. No size tags it is all polyester.
