Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards through PayPal for all Atomic Mall listings.
Payments expected upon all winning auctions. All purchases/bids are legal binding contracts. Please do not bid unless you are prepared to complete payment within 7 days otherwise unpaid disputes will be filed. Notify us immediately if you need to cancel your order for any reason. Sellers fees will be deducted for cancellations.
Shipping
Packaging
100% plain packaging. Our packages arrive secure, sealed in new brown packaging.
Processing time
We require up to 3 business day processing time for all orders. 95% of all orders do ship within 1-2 business days.
Tracking number
You will receive your tracking number within 1 business day following shipping. Please be advised that the UPS will require up to 48 hours to update your tracking number. In some instances, the UPS system will not display any status update. This does not indicate that your package has not shipped. It only indicates the system is not displaying the most up to date order status. We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the shipping carrier services. (Heavier items may be shipped via USPS or FedEx.)

We ship 9am-4pm Monday-Friday (closed Saturday-Sunday)
US registered Atomic Mallers must have a US delivery address
Without exception, US registered Atomic Mallers must have a US shipping address. Any winning listing which indicates an international shipping address will be canceled. Please make sure your Paypal shipping address is up to date or contact us immediately if there is an address conflict. We have the right to cancel any transaction we feel does not meet legitimate standards.
International shipping restrictions
We offer international shipping. You must contact us prior to bidding for any international address. There may be delays due to varying countries' customs, as well as import duties. Note: USPS Priority Mail International shipping if you reside in GERMANY, ITALY, MEXICO or RUSSIA.
Undeliverable shipments
If your package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid shipping information or marked as unclaimed you will be responsible for an additional $7 reshipment fee. No exceptions. Please verify your Paypal shipping information prior to bidding.
Returns
For your satisfaction and product guarantee:
New, Sealed Products - unopened products may be returned within 14 days. All non-defective returns will incur a non-negotiable 25% restocking fee. By purchasing our products you agree to the aforementioned re-stocking fee.
Defective Products - Any defective product will be exchanged for the identical item within 14 days from sale. Defects include any item which fails to operate with batteries installed and/ or any product which has a manufacturer defect. Due to health code regulations we regret that we are unable to accept opened products for any reason. No exception. You are required to ask any questions prior to sale.
-- PLEASE READ -- Shipping and/ or handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges for non-defective products will include any and all shipping charges to deliver any new selection. This shipping charge is in addition to our re-stocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Feedback
For your privacy protection, we do NOT leave feedback unless you notify us to do so. If you are satisfied with our services, we would greatly appreciate positive feedback. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID and we will try to resolve any issues. Customers who do leave negative feedback will be blocked from future purchases.
