We want you to love your new piece of jewelry. If you find that we have made an error in a description or on an item, we will be happy to offer an exchange upon the return of the item. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please e-mail us to obtain return instructions. All items must be received by us within 7 days of the date you receive the item, and must be in their original condition (not worn, altered, or disassembled). They must also be returned in their original gift box, and with a copy of the packing slip.
