We have a 7 day return policy, from the date the product is recieved.
If a return is needed email us for a RA# return shipping is paid by the customer, If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee of item cost will be charged. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only. Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. Most of our product will be shipped by UPS or Fedex FOR CHRISTMAS The Cutoff date for Ground Shipments is December 18th
