Return Policy:
We will accept the return of shipped merchandise if notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you in US dollars. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. We do not accept returns on items where there is a sanitary issue, such as belly rings or on original written items such as our spells or our Book of Shadows series. Thank you!

Shipping Costs:
Orders are shipped usually within 24-48 hours after payment is received. Packages are shipped by UPS Ground rate to the continental United States (7 to 10 days for delivery after package is shipped). The shipping fee is only $6.95 for orders under $50. Orders above $50 only pay 15% of the order's total. This low shipping cost also includes Insurance.
We do not accept orders outside the continental United States (unless your order is for eBooks, which we offer for sale worldwide).
