Machinery: You may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt - refund will be processed AFTER the equipment your purchased is sold to another buyer. A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED to all returns. All returns must be in original UNUSED condition with 100% of original paperwork, box, crate, skid and accessories. Returns without these items are charged a $500 additional fee over and above the 15% restocking fee. Please contact me before returning your purchase for return authorization. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

COFFEE: We ship U.S.P.S. or FEDEX Ground. MACHINERY: We ship either U.S.P.S., FEDEX Ground or Commercial Truck line depending on the size/weight of your purchase. If we can find a cheaper method of shipping without service compromise, we will use the cheaper method AND REFUND TO YOU, THE EXTRA SHIPPING YOU PAID - yes, we refund extra shipping charges (we're in the coffee business, not the shipping business)
