Returns
Returned goods accepted post paid in original condition, in original packaging, all tags intact. It is advisable to return items with tracking. Return request:- You will be advised of the return shipping address and issed with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Packages without an RA number will not be accepted no exceptions. Returned items in a non re-salable condition, you will be liable for the return shipping and handling fees of the carrier. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in the post so please return by pre insured trackable method. Under garments, lingerie etc., Due to hygiene considerations are not accepted for return for any reason.

Shipping
Generallyl items are shipped Royal Mail standard post under ??10, goods more than ??10 item will be shipped with tracking and require a signature on receipt. Merchandise of a senitive nature are shipped in discreet packaging.

Refusal of Shipment
Any goods undelievered or refused will have a 25% restocking fee imposed and liable for the shipping charges by the carrier. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
