Returns should be postmarked within 7-days of delivery. Items must be returned in brand-new, saleable condition with all packaging intact. Apparel items must have the original tags attached and show no signs of wear. Any software or items packaged in a blisterpack is non-returnable. Certain items may not be returned for hygiene reasons. For items purchased as part of a "Free" or discounted shipping program an amount equal to (or prorated) our original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Original shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommended your insure any returns.
